Axerrio is part of Floral Software Holdings. The holding company consists of four businesses that collectively develop software solutions specifically for the horticultural market. Within this family, Axerrio is one of the larger companies, but with a relatively small team where everyone knows each other well, allowing us to respond quickly and dynamically to the increasing developments in the market and technology. Axerrio's focus is on serving the European horticultural market. For this market, we have developed ERP (SAAS) software and B2B e-commerce products, which are used daily by thousands of users.

About the position

The role falls within Axerrio’s Revenue organization and the Implementation & Onboarding (I&O) team. As an Implementation Consultant (m/f), you will be responsible for implementing Axerrio software for new and existing clients. This is often carried out in a project-based manner, involving multiple colleagues and stakeholders from the (client) organization. You will act as the primary point of contact (project lead) from Axerrio, overseeing the implementation of the software. This means you will be involved both in organizing and realization of the project. You will create a project plan, coordinate tasks with your colleagues in the I&O team and other teams, and take responsibility for the process. In addition to new implementations, you may also work on improving existing solutions for clients.

Profile we are looking for

In this role, you will have frequent contact with clients and colleagues from other departments. You enjoy client interaction and are capable of handling resistance. You remain calm even when situations become challenging. You are eager to deepen your knowledge of Axerrio’s ERP and e-commerce software to provide value to the projects with your acquired expertise. Ideally, you have a background that demonstrates your ability to independently manage projects effectively, including communicating with stakeholders at various levels within (client) organizations.

Our ideal candidate:

• Has a higher professional education (HBO) level of thinking and working;

• Has several years of work experience in a professional B2B environment as an Implementation/Product Consultant or (Technical) Project Manager;
• Has experience with ERP/e-commerce software and knowledge of MSSQL;
• Is highly communicative (both written and spoken) in Dutch and English (German is a plus) and assertive;
• Can deliver quality work under pressure but finds a challenge in continuously improving processes (both within Axerrio and for our clients);
• Is a true team player;
• Is eager to learn and has the will and motivation to thoroughly understand Axerrio’s Business Software products.
